 When you are travelling, the biggest part of your budget after the transportation must be accommodation and meals. We've realized that most Barcelona backpackers start having junk food and street food that they would not have that much in their own cities, only in order to save money. Why would you do that if you could be your own chef? At our Hostel, we want Barcelona backpackers to continue their healthy habits, and enjoy more their journey. We offer free "all you can eat" breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, bread, milk, coffe and yogurt. For lunch and dinner, feel free to use our kitchen to cook your own meals. There are several local supermarkets around our Barcelona youth hostel, and also a big chain hypermarket. You will also find the Mercat del Clot, a market place at a 5 minutes walking distance form the Hostel -click here to view the map- . You will get there fresh ingredients daily. You can keep them in the refrigerator (for free!) until the last moment you leave. You can share your food and stories, and become friends with other Barcelona backpackers. That´s one of the beauty of staying in our Barcelona youth hostel, sharing the humble and exciting moments. Low cost is not always equal to cheap.
