We're so happy at our Hostel in Barcelona, Christmas is coming to town ... lightnigns, ornaments, decorations on the streets ... there's magic everywhere. Therefore, among all the events taking place this weekend in the city, we think you should visit the Fira de Santa Llúcia. It's one of the oldest christmas fair, dating back to 1786. There you will find over 270 craft stalls, decorations for Christmas trees and little ceramic or plastic nativity figurines. In addition, there'll be some exhibitions, contests and other activities, such as photograph exhibitions.
The fair is located in the Avenida de la Catedral, starting today to next Dec. 23rd. From our Hostel in Barcelona we strongly recommend it to you, go and see it, you'll find really cheap and curious pieces, plus taking a walk around one of the most beautiful areas of the city, don't miss it out!
